Be sure to check your payment method in your 4411 account. It is possible that your credit/debit card link is no longer valid. You can then re-enter the payment details in your account. Here, you can find more information about adding a payment method.
➡️ Please note: When you re-enter your payment details, we will try to collect the outstanding amount directly from your bank. It is therefore not necessary to pay this amount via another method (bank transfer, payment button). So, you will avoid a double payment! 💸
