Do you monthly pay your 4411 statement via credit or debit card?

- In the app, go to "Account" and click on "Invoices"
- Here you can view, download and save your open and paid statements
Do you pay your 4411 usage through your telecom bill?
In this case, you can find your usage on my.4411.be. However, the billing will go through your telecom provider and you can easily find it on your telecom invoice. This will appear under the heading 'third-party services'.
Are you using 4411 through another app?
Do you use the 4411 services via another app such as KBC, Belfius or MyProximus? In this case, we do not keep an overview for you in the 4411 account. You can find an overview of parking sessions performed in the app you are using.
