If you have a Proximus, Telenet, Base, Scarlet, Orange or KPN contract, you can choose to settle your costs via your mobile phone bill. Be sure to check with your provider, so that your subscription allows a link to 4411.
- In the app, go to “Account” and click on “Payment method”
- You will be able to switch to mobile bill if this option is possible for you.
➡️ Beware! First, the balance on your account must be €0,00!
