From 4 March 2026, we will adjust the transaction fee for sessions via the 4411 app. The transaction fee will be changed from €0.35 to €0.45.
This change applies to most users and certain services, but there are exceptions.
Who is affected?
This update applies to all EASY and PRO app users.
Which services are subject to the new transaction fee?
The €0.45 transaction fee applies to the following services:
- On street parking
- In garage parking
- Tolling
What is not affected by this change?
The following services remain unchanged:
- Free sessions remain free of charge
- Services provided by De Lijn and NMBS keep their current transaction fees
- Any increase in SMS fees is not part of this update
- Vouchers remain unchanged
Are there any exceptions?
Yes, the following exceptions apply:
- Charleroi: the transaction will be €0.35
- Liège: the transaction will be €0.40
