In the app, go to "Account" and choose "Payment method".
Paying by credit card
Link your VISA or Mastercard to your account and your sessions will monthly be deducted from your linked credit card.
- Choose as payment method "Credit card"
- Select the type of credit card: VISA or Mastercard
- Enter your credit card details and click on "Change payment method"
- You will be redirected to your banking institution to complete the registration
➡️ Note: Linking a credit card via VPN connection may cause problems. Certain pop-up blockers may also interfere with the linking process. So, check there is any VPN or pup-up blocker active.
➡️ Note: Currently, it is not possible to link a credit card outside of Belgium and the Netherlands. If you have a credit card from any other country, you can choose for paying by your debit card.
Paying by debit card
Link your debit card to your account and your usage will be deducted monthly from your linked debit card.
- Choose "Debit card" as your payment method
- Fill in your details and click on "Change payment method"
- You will be redirected to our payment partner to sign your mandate. This can be done via your bank card or via Itsme
Paying via telecom bill
Are you a Proximus, Telenet, Base, Scarlet, Orange or KPN customer? Then you can have your costs settled via your mobile invoice. Check with your provider, so that your subscription allows a link to 4411.
➡️ Please note! In order to choose this payment method, your balance must be at €0.00. There should be no outstanding balance in your account. Wait until your next statement is paid, and then change your payment method. More info about switching to pay via mobile bill can be found here.
