Can I register multiple phone numbers on the same account?

Yes you can! You can add a phone number of a family member or acquaintance to bundle mobility costs on one statement.

  1. Go to mijn.4411.be and click on "My mobile phones" on the left
  2. Enter the phone number in the input field and click "Add"
  3. Do you want to delete a phone number? Then click on the trash can next to the cell phone number
    Note: You cannot delete the administrator number.

Do you want to change the administrator? Then first click on the pencil next to the cell phone number and check/uncheck the 'Management' box.

As the administrator of the account, you can set the following for each user via the pencil next to the phone number:

  • Credit limit
  • SMS settings
  • Available services
  • Notifications and time limits
