Don't worry! You always login with your phone number so check if you have entered the correct number.
Via the 4411 app
- On the login screen, click on "Forgot password?"
- Enter your cell phone number and click "Get verification code"
- You will receive a verification code via SMS, enter it and click on "Verify code"
- Now choose a new password, with this password you can log in via the 4411 app or via mijn.4411.be. Click on "Login"

If you forgot your password, click on the bottom right of the login page on "Forgot password". You will then receive a text message with an activation code to reset your account. You can then change your password afterwards.
