How can I edit my phone number?

You can edit your phone number via mijn.4411.be.

1. Go to mijn.4411.be and click on "My mobile phones" on the left.
2. You can enter your new phone number in the input box and click "add".
3. Now click on the pencil next to the new phone number or on the phone number itself.
4. Check the "Management" box, your new phone number is now the administrator of the account.
5. To delete your old phone number, click on the trash can on the right.

Are you receiving an error message?

Your mobile number may have been assigned to a different account. To check this, you can log in with this mobile number. If you have forgotten your password, you can request it via "forgot your password".

If an existing account is already active and you are the administrator of this account:

- In this case you can disconnect your mobile number or delete the existing account

If your mobile number is assigned to an account of which you are not an administrator:

- It is best to contact the administrator of this account and ask to delete your mobile number. If this is not possible, you can contact us via the contact form.
