To change the mobile phone number linked to your Easy account, please contact us via the contact form. Let us know your old mobile phone number and your new one, and we will make sure it is updated.
Pro account
Has your mobile number changed and does your new number still need to be added to a Pro account? Ask the administrator of your Pro account to do this.
Are you the administrator of the Pro account yourself? Then you can change the mobile numbers associated with your Pro account at my.4411.be. After logging in, first click on “Pro account” and then on “My mobile numbers”. You can make the changes on this page.
