Via the 4411 account, you can easily activate or deactivate the various services for use. This way, you decide yourself whether you can park on the street, park in the garage and/or purchase NMBS and De Lijn tickets. This can be set for the full account or per mobile phone number linked to your account.
For the entire account
If you choose to activate/deactivate a certain service for the full account, each mobile phone number will or will not be able to use the chosen services.
- Go to my.4411.be and click on ‘My profile details’
- Scroll to ‘Manage services
- Check/uncheck the desired service there
For each mobile phone number
Here you can set which services can be used separately for each mobile phone number (if there are several). Note: At account level, this service must be ticked.
- Go to my.4411.be and click on ‘My mobile numbers’
- Click on the relevant mobile phone number
- Scroll to ‘Manage services’ and check/uncheck the desired service here
Attention: As of April 1st, it will no longer be possible to purchase a new De Lijn 10-journey ticket via 4411. We are simplifying our offering to focus more intensely on providing a seamless parking experience through the 4411 app.
