What if I have a new phone number?

If you are already registered with 4411 with your phone number, but you have a new number in the meantime, you have 2 options for your account.

 

1. Keep and update your existing account

If you wish to keep your old account, you can add your new number to the account:

  1. Log in to my.4411.io
  2. Click on ‘My mobile phones’ on the left
  3. Click on ‘+ Add phones’ to add your new number
  4. Click on the new number and turn on ‘Account management allowed’

Then you can delete the old number:

  1. You log in to my.4411.io with the new number
  2. Click on ‘My mobile phones'
  3. Delete the old number by right-clicking on the trash can

This will set up your account completely. If you cannot make any edits or view any invoices on my.4411.io with your new phone number, it is best to contact 4411 customer service.

 

2. Create a new account

You can also choose to create a new account with your new number. To do so, you need to delete the old account first.

Next, create a new account by registering with your new number. You go through all the steps to complete the account. More info on registration can be found here

A major drawback is that with a new account, you can no longer view your previous parking sessions and invoices. In case of fines or your accounts, you can contact the 4411 customer service to ask for more info on old sessions.
