Since 4411 links parking sessions to your mobile phone number, there is a possibility that the previous user still had an outstanding debt. This debt is of course not yours and that is why we are waiving this amount.

You had a small outstanding debt from the past and had forgotten about it.
It is possible that you have used the 4411 services in the past and you forgot to pay this amount. As a result, your account was no longer active. We will waive this amount so that your account is immediately active again.
