Updating your account details in the app

We've made it easier for you to edit your account information in the app! You can also decide when to receive notifications and find answers to all your questions more easily! 🤩
Make sure your app is up-to-date and click "Account" on the right.

Click on ‘Edit’ at the top and change your name and contact information in a few clicks.

Changing the language and adjusting notifications

Did you know you can change the "Language" of the 4411 app into Dutch or French? You will then also receive all communication in that language. Via "App notifications", you decide which notifications you want to receive. For example, you can decide how frequently you receive a reminder of your current session, or when your session is about to end. You can adjust all your preferences.
