Parking garages with a barrier
When entering a parking garage, you drive up to the barrier and wait for the camera to recognize your number plate. The barrier opens automatically. You do not need to take a ticket, the parking session starts automatically.
When leaving the parking garage, you do the same again. The camera recognizes your number plate, the barrier opens and your parking session ends automatically. The payment is then made via your 4411 account.
ℹ️ Does the barrier not open when you're leaving the parking garage? Press the INFO button at the exit and explain that you are paying with 4411. A parking lot representative will help you to leave the car park.
Should your session not be closed correctly, please contact us via this contact form.
Parking garages without a barrier
When you enter a parking lot, a camera at the entrance will recognize your number plate. You can then enter the parking lot and a session will be automatically started in your 4411 account. In your current sessions in the 4411 app, you can check if your parking session was started correctly.
When leaving this parking garage, a camera at the exit will again detect your number plate. This will stop your active session. The payment is then made via your 4411 account.
