Where can I find my parking history?

Accessing your parking history is easy, whether you're using the website or the 4411 app. Here's how to find it.

📱 In the 4411 app

You can view your full parking history under the “History” tab in the app.
It shows an overview of your recent parking sessions, including the date, location, and amount charged.

💻 On mijn.4411.be

Go to mijn.4411.be and log in with your account.
Then click on “Usage” to view your history.
Here you can:

• View your full usage history

• Download the data as an Excel file

ℹ️ Good to know

It is not possible to delete your parking history. This data remains available as long as your account is active, for administrative purposes.
