First, check which mobile phone numbers and number plates belong to your account. This is because sessions are charged per account.
Unfortunately, we cannot correct the session. At the time of the session, the number plate was in your account. We are also contractually obliged to transfer the amounts to the cities.
You can always check your sessions in the app by clicking on 'History'. Via my.4411.be you will find your sessions under 'Consumption'.
