First, check the text messages you sent. That can already solve a lot of problems.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund sessions. The number plate belonged to your account at the time of the session and we are contractually obliged to pass on the amount of the sessions to the cities.
Common mistake
Sometimes, you just text the zone code to 4411. Then, the system takes the number plate you had used in your last session.
Note: if you only texted the zone code, the system may have taken the wrong number plate. You may then be fined. If you have been fined, you should contact the company that issued the fine. More info on fines can be found here.
