Cities and municipalities determine the rates of the different zones. 4411 only offers a platform for parking in many Belgian and Dutch cities and municipalities.
If, in your opinion, the amount is not correct, you can always consult the website of the city or municipality concerned. If the amount charged is still unclear afterwards, you can also always contact that city or municipality.
