There are two different methods for parking via your 4411 PRO account.

  1. Starting parking sessions for any number plate.
  2. Only start parking sessions for number plates registered in the account.

1. Starting parking sessions for any license plate:

Registration in the PRO account will always be via phone number. However, the employee can start a parking session for any number plate. This can be useful if you use replacement/rental cars, or if your employees are also allowed to park with their private car via the PRO account. There is no need to add number plates to your account in this case.

2. Only start parking sessions for registered number plates

Only sessions can be started on number plates assigned in your 4411 PRO account. If an employee wishes to park with a replacement/rental car, this license plate must first be added in the PRO account.

How can you set this limitation?

  1. Go to mijn.4411.be and click on 'My mobile phones'.
  2. Click on the corresponding phone number
  3. Scroll to 'Time limit management' to check/uncheck 'Only registered vehicles'.

3. Add/Delete number plates

Via my.4411.be

  1. Go to 'My vehicles'.
  2. Under 'Add' you can enter the number plate. Click on 'Add'.
  3. To remove the number plate from the account, click on the trash can on the right.

Via the 4411 app

  1. In the app, go to 'Account' and click on 'PRO Admin'.
  2. Select 'Vehicles' and click 'Add vehicle' at the bottom.
  3. If desired, you can link the vehicle to a phone number.
  4. Enter the details and click 'Add vehicle'.
  5. To remove the number plate from the account, select the number plate and click 'Delete this vehicle' at the bottom.
