Is a new employee joining? Or is an employee leaving the organization? Through 4411 fleet management, you can easily manage phone numbers in your 4411 PRO account.

Add/remove cell phone number:


  1. Go to 'My mobile phones' and go to 'Add mobile phone number' at the bottom.
  2. Select the correct country and enter the phone number
  3. Click on 'Add'.
  4. To delete the cell phone number, click on the trash can on the right side.
  5. To associate a name with the phone number, select the added cell phone number and enter the name there.

Through the 4411 app:

  1. In the 4411 app, go to 'Account' and click on 'Pro Admin'.
  2. Select 'Employees'.
  3. Click on 'Add employee'.
    You can already manage some settings on this screen, go to to access all settings per employee.
  4. Fill in the details and click 'Add employee'.

➡️ Note: After adding, do you get this error message: "This cell phone number cannot be invited because it was already assigned to the other customer"? In this case, the phone number to be added is already assigned to another PRO account. You should log in with the phone number to be added and check if there is already a PRO account active for this phone number.
