Through the 4411 account, you can easily activate/deactivate the various services for use. This allows you to decide whether your employees can park onstreet, offstreet, and/or purchase NMBS/SNCB and De Lijn tickets. This can be set up for the entire PRO account, or for each employee individually.
1. For the entire PRO account
If you choose to activate/deactivate a certain service for the entire PRO account, each assigned employee will or will not be able to use the chosen services.
- Go to mijn.4411.be and click on "My profile"
- Scroll to "Management of services" and check/uncheck the desired service here
2. For each employee individually
Here you can set which services can be used for any cell phone number individually.
➡️Note: At account level, this service must be checked.
Via mijn.4411.be:
- Go to mijn.4411.be and click on "My mobile phones"
- Click on the corresponding phone number
- Scroll to "Management of services" and check/uncheck the desired service here
Via the 4411 app
- In the 4411 app, go to "Account" and click on "PRO admin"
- Click on "Employees" and select the employee
- You will now see the mobility services activated for this employee. Click on "Edit employee" to modify them
- Check/uncheck the desired service here
