In a PRO account, we make a distinction between Users and Administrators.

Users:

A user can use the allowed services in your account such as starting parking sessions and purchasing public transportation tickets. However, users do not have access to billing information or fleet management.

Administrators:

An administrator can use the allowed services in your account such as starting parking sessions and purchasing public transportation tickets. However, an administrator can also make changes to the account, such as adding an employee or modifying allowed services.

Modify admin rights

Via my.4411.be:

  1. Go to mijn.4411.be and click on 'My mobile phones'.
  2. Click on the corresponding phone number
  3. Check/uncheck the 'Account management allowed' box.

Via the 4411 app:

  1. In the 4411 app, go to 'Account' and click on 'PRO admin'.
  2. Click on 'Employees' and select the employee/GSM number.
  3. Click 'Edit employee' and check/uncheck the 'Administrator' box.
