When you pay for parking via SMS, you’ll receive a confirmation from us. It may happen that this text message is in a language you don’t understand. Don’t panic, as you can change the language of these text messages.
Send a text message to 4411 containing the abbreviation of the language you wish to receive. Please note: your provider charges €0,15 for each text message.
- NL for Dutch
- FR for French
- EN for English
You can also change the language of the text messages via my.4411.be.
- Log in using your mobile number
- On the left, click on "My mobile numbers"
- Click on the mobile number
- On the right, select the correct language
