I am not receiving any notifications, what now?

Through the 4411 app you can set different parking notifications. Here, you can read how to do that. 

Are your notifications correctly set, but you still don't receive any notifications from us?

➡️ It's possible that the energy saving on your phone is preventing the parking notifications from appearing correctly. Here's how to check your phone settings:

Apple (iOS):

  • Turn off "Power saving mode": To do this, go to: "Settings > Battery"
  • Allow "Refresh on background": For this, go to: "Settings > 4411"

Android:

  • Disable "Battery saving mode": To do so, go to "Settings > Battery"
  • "Battery Management": Android devices may prevent temporarily unused apps from automatically running in the background. This may prevent the 4411 notifications from also getting through correctly on your cell phone device. For most devices, you can find this under: "Settings > apps > 4411 > battery".

If you have checked the settings above and still do not receive notifications from 4411, we ask you to contact the manufacturer of the phone for further information.
