A one-way ticket
- Open the 4411 app and click on "De Lijn ticket"
- Select the ticket type "Single ticket"
- Click '+ or -' at the bottom right to adjust the amount of tickets
- Click "Start ride" and confirm your purchase by clicking "Ok"
- Your actived De Lijn ticket can be found under "Current". Your ticket is visible via "Show ticket"
- Your ticket is valid for 60 minutes. The exact start and end time can be read on the detailed screen
A 10-journey ticket
- Open the 4411 app and click on "De Lijn ticket"
- Select the ticket type "10-journey ticket"
- Click on "Start ride" and confirm your purchase by clicking "Ok"
- To activate a ride, select under "New" your 10-journey ticket at the top. Click '+ or -' at the bottom right to adjust the amount of tickets and then click "Start ride"
- Your active De Lijn ticket can be found under "Current". Your ticket is visible via "Show ticket"
- Your ticket is valid for 60 minutes. The exact start and end time can be read on the detailed screen

As of April 1st, it will no longer be possible to purchase a new De Lijn 10-journey ticket via 4411. We are simplifying our offering to focus more intensely on providing a seamless parking experience through the 4411 app.

- You can still purchase single De Lijn tickets through the app for €3 per ticket.
- Do you still have an active 10-journey ticket? It will remain visible and valid in the 4411 app. You can continue to use your remaining rides until the original expiry date. You can find this date in the ticket details.
