When will the 4411 app stop working, and what does that mean for me?
The exact timing differs per user. You'll be notified in good time — either through a notification in the app or via your EasyPark contact. Until then, you can continue parking via 4411 as usual. After the migration, you'll use the EasyPark app for all new parking sessions.
Why am I switching to EasyPark?
EasyPark is a powerful and modern parking solution for business customers. With EasyPark, you can park in more than 4000 cities across Europe, manage business and private sessions from one app, and automatically receive a monthly VAT invoice with Peppol integration. You can also add cost notes to every parking session and access the EasyPark self-service portal, where you can easily add employees as your organisation grows.
What do I need to do to make the switch?
The migration process is designed to cause as little disruption as possible — you and your employees can continue parking as normal throughout. How the process looks exactly differs per organisation. Received a notification in the 4411 app? You'll find a simple step-by-step guide there to transfer your account. Once you've completed the steps and your payment method is confirmed, your account is active and you can start parking via EasyPark straight away.
Is EasyPark suitable for my business?
Absolutely. EasyPark is purpose-built for business use. Multiple drivers can park under one account, costs are automatically assigned to the right profile, and you receive a consolidated monthly invoice — including Peppol integration for direct delivery to your accounting or ERP system. Manage your team and vehicles easily via the app or the self-service portal.
What does parking via EasyPark cost?
Parking rates depend on the zone and municipality — these remain the same as you're used to. Want to know more? You'll find up-to-date information in the EasyPark app or at easypark.com/en-be/business.
How do I pay via EasyPark?
Your linked direct debit from the 4411 app is automatically transferred to EasyPark — no action required on your part. Other payment methods, such as a credit card, can be added yourself in the EasyPark app after the switch. As a business customer, you'll receive a consolidated monthly invoice — including via Peppol if you're already using it.
Can I still park in the same places as with 4411?
Our goal is for you to be able to continue parking via EasyPark in all the cities where you previously used 4411. Should there be any exceptions, you'll be informed in good time. EasyPark is also available in more than 4000 cities across Europe — more choice, the same familiar experience.
What happens to my data and parking history?
Your parking history will remain visible in the 4411 app for a short period after the migration — but it will not be carried over to EasyPark. Make sure to download your statements before the transfer via the 4411 app (Account → Statements) or via my.4411.be. After a while, the 4411 app will no longer be available and the data will be deleted. Your account details and linked direct debit will be transferred automatically.
