4411 is now part of Arrive, and we want to share an update about how this will benefit you. 4411 will soon become EasyPark across Belgium, making it much easier to find, start, and manage your parking.
EasyPark is Europe’s most widely used parking app, available in over 4,200 cities across more than 20 countries, including France, Germany, and the Netherlands.
As cross-border travel grows in Belgium, having a consistent parking experience across multiple locations is more important than ever. With EasyPark, you’ll enjoy greater convenience and freedom through one trusted app. Whether you’re running errands nearby or exploring new destinations in Belgium or abroad, your parking will be simpler and smoother.
What happens now?
The transition to EasyPark will start on [DATE 2026] and will be completed in phases, depending on the city. As EasyPark becomes available in your area, the parking services in the 4411 app will gradually stop working.
You don’t need to do anything just yet, once you receive an invitation, you can transfer your account. This will be sent via email, in-app, and push notifications from your 4411 app.
Saving your information
Even after parking services stop, the 4411 app will remain available for a short time. Take a moment to download your parking history and receipts so you can keep any information that’s important to you.
You can save your invoices and statements in two simple ways:
- In the 4411 app: Go to “Account”, select “Invoices”, then view, download, and save any open or paid statements.
- On my.4411.be: Log in with your registered phone number and password, click “Invoices” in the menu, and download all your statements.

What will happen to my parking receipts and parking history?
You can continue to view and download your parking history and receipts in the 4411 app until the migration period is over. After that, all information will be removed and the app will no longer be available.
Can my 4411 parking history be transferred to EasyPark?
No. 4411 and EasyPark are separate apps, so data cannot be transferred.
What are the benefits of this change for me as a customer?
With EasyPark, you’ll be able to manage parking in more than 4,200 cities across Europe using one trusted app. You’ll enjoy more options and flexibility every time you park.
Will I pay the same price I was paying?
Yes. Your prices will stay the same when you transfer your account to EasyPark.
Will I be able to park in all the cities where I used to park?
Our goal is for you to continue using EasyPark in all the cities where you previously used 4411. If there are any exceptions, we’ll let you know.
When will the 4411 app stop working?
The timing will vary for different customers. You’ll receive in-app notifications about when your 4411 services will stop and communications about how to transfer your account.
What should I do if I have a question about my invoice?
Download your invoices and check the details. If anything doesn’t look right, contact our Customer Service team through the dedicated section on our website.
