In this case, there may be an incorrect license plate reading. You can contact us for this via the contact form.
We will then check this for you based on camera images.
Please note: If you have forgotten to remove a license plate from your 4411 account, we cannot intervene in this. This is because we transfer the costs of the toll session in full to the manager of the toll road.
The management of your license plates is therefore also your own responsibility!
