Each city determines how to use the disability card. Currently, this is only possible in the Brussels-Capital Region, Namur and Vilvoorde via 4411.

Brussels-Capital Region
In Brussels, you can start a parking session using the 4411 app. To do this, start a session as usual and tick the box "Parking for people with disabilities" at the top.
This is only available in:
- Anderlecht
- Berchem-Sainte-Agathe/Sint-Agatha-Berchem
- the city of Brussels
- Evere
- Forest/Vorst
- Ganshoren
- Ixelles/Elsene
- Jette
- Koekelberg
- Molenbeek-Saint-Jean/Sint-Jans-Molenbeek
- Schaerbeek/Schaarbeek
- Saint-Gilles/Sint-Gillis
- Uccle/Ukkel
Knokke-Heist
In Knokke-Heist, you can start a parking session using your parking card via the 4411 app and by text message.
In the app, select the correct zone (see below) from the list of zone codes.
By SMS, text the zone code *space* your number plate to 4411 (For example: KH33 1ABC123).
These are the specific zones in Knokke-Heist
- KH22 (green zone)
- KH44 (orange zone)
- KH33 (red zone)
Vilvoorde
In Vilvoorde, you can start a parking session using the 4411 app. To do this, start a session as usual and tick the box "Parking for people with disabilities" at the top.
Namur
In Namur, you can start a parking session via the 4411 app or via SMS.
Via app, start a session as usual and tick the box "Parking for people with disabilities" at the top.
Via SMS, send: PMR *space* the parking zone *space* your number plate *space* your disabled card number to 4411. (Eg: PMR NAM 1ABC123 card number.)
You will receive confirmation via SMS when your parking session has started successfully. To stop your parking session, SMS 'Q' to 4411.
