Are you the administrator of the PRO account and would you like to give the phone numbers in your account acces to the SNCB service? Go to my.4411.be and log in with your details.
1. Select PRO-account (top left)
2. Select 'My profile'
3. Go to 'Management of services'
4. Select 'NMBS'
Attention: This way you activate the service for all phone number within your PRO account. You only want to activate this service for a selected number of phone numbers? Then you will need to do this manually.
1. Go to 'My mobile phones'
2. Select the phone number you would like to give acces to
3. Scroll down to 'Management of services' and select 'NMBS'
