You can change your payment method in the 4411 app or via my.4411.be.
Via the 4411 app
- In the app, go to "Account" and choose "Payment method"
- Choose your desired payment method and fill in the details
Via my.4411.be
- Log in and click on "My payment method" on the left.
- Choose your desired payment method and fill in the details
Are you a Proximus, Scarlet or Orange customer?
Then you can have your costs settled via your cell phone invoice. Be sure to check with your provider if your subscription allows a link to 4411.
Caution! To choose this payment method, your balance must be €0.00. So there should be no outstanding amount on your account.
