You can easily manage your compte data within your 4411 app as well as in your 4411 account.
4411 App:
Vehicles:
- Go to 'account' within the 4411 app and then choose 'vehicles'.
- Under vehicles you can add new number plates as well as remove number plates that are no longer used.
Change Password:
- Go to 'account' within the 4411 app and then choose 'password'.
- After entering your old password, you can create a new password here.
Parking card:
- Do you use a disabled card? Then go to 'account' within the 4411 app and then choose 'parking card'
- Select the account to which you want to add the parking card and enter the card number.
Adjust payment method:
- To adjust your payment method within the app, you can follow these steps.
Invoices:
- Would you like to view an overview of your open/paid statements? Then go to 'account' within the 4411 app and then choose 'invoices'
Do you wish to change other account details ? To do this, go to 'account' within the 4411 app and then select 'my.4411.be'. You will then be redirected to your 4411 account
4411 Website:
My profile:
- Personal details : Adjust your personal details here such as your name and address.
- Contact details: Change your e-mail address here. We will use this email address to send your monthly invoices.
- Settings : Here you can set your language as well as check/uncheck whether you wish to receive a monthly detailed parking session overview by e-mail.
- Handi2park : Do you use a disabled card ? Then link your card number to your 4411 compte here.
- Management of services : Choose which 4411 services you wish to use via your 4411 account.

My mobile phones:
Would you like to add a mobile phone number of a family member or acquaintance? In this way we can bundle the invoicing of several numbers on 1 monthly statement.
- Then enter the GSM number in the input field and click on add.
- Delete a GSM number? Then find the mobile phone number to be deleted in the list and click on the trash can on the right. Note : You cannot delete the administrator number. To do this, first adjust the administrator number.
- Customize the administrator? Click on the mobile number and check or uncheck the box behind management.
- Manage settings per GSM number? Cliquez ici sur le numero de GSM and adjust the following options :

- Add a vehicle? Then enter the number plate in the input field and click on add.
- Delete a vehicle? Then find the vehicle to be removed in the list and click on the trash can on the right.
- Do you wish to start a session for a specific vehicle ? Then find the relevant vehicle and click on start session on the right.
- Activate or deactivate number plate recognition ? Then click on the relevant number plate and in the next window check or uncheck the box behind 'garage parking via number plate recognition'.
My payment method:
- Current usage: Il s'agit d'un total de your consumption of unpaid statements + any consumption after the statement has been drawn up.
- Balance to be paid : Here you can find the amount for which a statement has already been prepared. You can pay via the 'pay now' button.
- Next invoice: Here you can find the date on which you will receive your next statement from us
- Change payment method? You can choose 2 automatic payment methods for paying your 4411 statements.
- Pay by credit card : Link your credit card to your 4411 account and the amounts will be deducted monthly from this credit card
- Pay by direct debit : link your bank card (debit card) to your 4411 account and the amounts will be deducted monthly from this bank card.
