How do I use the 4411 service?

Start 

Text "parking meter number" + "vehicle registration plate" to 4411

Stop

Text "Q" to 4411

Transaction price: €0,15 per sent/received text message. (Watch out: These are premium messages. Please check with you telecom provider to see if they allow this.)

For operators Proximus and Orange it's possible to pay both the costs of the messages and the costs of the parking through your telecom bill. Be sure to have your provider check the activation of MPAY (Proximus) or DCB (Orange).
