On-Street parking
During your next trip you can start a parking session via 4411 in both Belgium and the Netherlands. Take a look at our overview of cities and municipalities to see where 4411 is active.
Note: The rates and maximum parking times are managed by the relevant city/municipality. So be sure to take a look at the parking meter to find out the current rates and maximum parking times.
Off-street parking via ticket
In Antwerp you can park in the covered parking of the Zuiderterras. Take a ticket at the barrier when entering. Before driving out you can stop your session by entering your ticket number in your 4411 app under "garage parking via ticket".
Off-street parking via number plate
Via 4411 you can also park in many garages without having to take a ticket at the barrier. Here we work with number plate recognition cameras that register your number plate on arrival/departure. For example, you only have to register your number plate for number plate recognition in your 4411 account via the website or via the 4411 app. Curious about how to register your license plate for license plate recognition? What are the different billing options?
Via your mobile phone bill
Are you a customer of Proximus, Scarlet or Orange for your mobile services? Then the parking costs, SMS costs and transaction costs of 4411 can be settled via js GSM invoice.
- If you work via SMS, you pay EUR 0.15 per SMS message sent/received (note: These are premium messages. Be sure to check whether your provider allows this)
- If you work via the app, you pay a transaction fee of EUR 0.35 per parking session. With a free parking session, this transaction fee is no longer valid.
- If you work via the website, you pay a transaction fee of EUR 0.35 per parking session. With a free parking session, this transaction fee is no longer valid.

Automatic payment via debit card:
To settle your monthly parking costs, you can link your bank card (debit card) to your 4411 account. You can set up this automatic payment via bank card via your 4411 account on our website or via the 4411 App under "payment method".

Have you linked your credit or bank card (debit card) but still receive a payment request? Then the link with your credit card or bank card (debit card) is not completely in order. Then enter your payment details again via your account.
