What is a 4411 Pro account?

A 4411 Pro account is a business account that allows your( or you as an) employer to centrally manage and pay parking costs for employees. Or, as a self-employed person, you can obtain a statement showing your VAT number. If you are added to a Pro account, you can start parking sessions at your employer's or your company's expense via the 4411 app

 

How do I know if I have been added to a Pro account?

You will receive confirmation via text message once your employer has added you. In the app, you will then see an additional payment method appear on the screen where you start a session, usually with your company's name (e.g. ‘Pro - Company X’).

 

How do I start a parking session via the Pro account?

Via the app:

  1. Open the 4411 app.
  2. Go to ‘Parking’.
  3. Enter your zone code or use your current location.
  4. Select your number plate (or add one if necessary).
  5. In the payment method, under your number plate, select your employer's Pro account.
  6. Start the session. Your parking charges will now be automatically charged to your employer.

✅ Always check that the correct payment profile is selected before pressing ‘Start’!

 

Via SMS:

      If a PRO account is available, it will always be automatically addressed first.

 

What about automatic number plate recognition?

The session will always be charged to the account on which the registration plate recognition was most recently activated for the relevant number plate.


What if I accidentally park via my EASY account (private profile)?

In this case, the session will be charged using your personal payment method (e.g. your linked bank account or mobile phone bill). Contact your employer to see if there are internal refund procedures.


Can I switch between Easy and Pro accounts?

Yes, via the app. At the start of each parking session, you choose which profile you use. So you can decide per session whether to park privately or via the Pro account.

 

I don't see the Pro account in the app. What now?

  1. Make sure you are logged in with the mobile number that was added to PRO
  2. Make sure you are using the latest version of the 4411 app.
  3. Ask your employer if you have been added correctly.
