How can I change my payment method?

You can change your payment method in the 4411 app or via my.4411.be.

Via the 4411 app

  1. In the app, go to "Account" and choose "Payment method"
  2. Choose your desired payment method and fill in the details

Via my.4411.be

  1. Log in and click on "My payment method" on the left.
  2. Choose your desired payment method and fill in the details

Are you a Proximus, Telenet, Base, Scarlet or Orange customer?

Then you can have your costs settled via your mobile invoice. Be sure to check with your provider if your subscription allows a link to 4411.

➡️ Please note! In order to choose this payment method, your balance must be at €0.00, there should be no outstanding balance in your account. Wait until your next statement is paid, and then change your payment method. More info about switching to pay via mobile bill can be found here.
