I am not receiving any notifications, now what?

Are your notifications set correctly but you still don't receive any notifications from us?

➡️ It may be that the energy saving on your phone is preventing the parking notifications from appearing correctly. Here's how to check your phone settings:

Apple (iOS):

  • Turn off power saving mode: To do this, go to: "Settings > Battery"
  • Allow 'Refresh on background': For this, go to: "Settings > 4411"

Android:

  • Disable battery saving mode: To do so, go to "Settings > Battery"
  • Battery Management: Android devices may prevent temporarily unused apps from automatically running in the background. This may prevent the 4411 notifications from also getting through correctly on your cell phone device. For most devices, you can find this under: "Settings > apps > 4411 > battery".

If you have checked the above settings and still do not receive notifications from 4411, we ask you to contact the manufacturer of the phone for further information.
